The application of artificial intelligence in the power grid is the inevitable trend of the development of power grid technology. Communication, computer, automation and other technologies have been widely used in the power grid, and organically integrated with the traditional power technology, greatly improving the level of intelligent power grid. The application of sensor technology and information technology in the power grid provides technical support for system state analysis and auxiliary decision-making, and makes the self-healing of power grid possible. With the further development and application of various new technologies and highly integrated with physical power grid, smart grid emerges as the times require. The development of smart grid is the inevitable choice of social and economic development. In order to realize the development of clean energy, transportation and accommodation, the grid must improve its flexibility and compatibility. In order to resist the frequent natural disasters and external interference, the power grid must rely on intelligent means to continuously improve its security defense capability and self-healing ability. In order to reduce operating costs and promote energy conservation and emission reduction, the operation of power grid must be more economical and efficient, at the same time intelligent control of electrical equipment should be carried out, as much as possible to reduce electricity consumption.
