摘要
简要介绍AD9511时钟分配的内部结构,基本功能,及典型应用。芯片特征有:低相位噪音PLL内核,参考输入频率至250 MHz,可编程的双重- 模数预定标器,可设计的电荷泵 (CP) 电流,分离 CP 补给 (VCPS) 扩展调整范围范围,二个 1.6 GHz,微分时钟输入,5个可编程除法器,1 到 32,所有整数,对输出-到- 输出粗略延迟调整的相位选择,3个独立的 1.2 GHz LVPECL 输出,附加输出抖动 225 fs rms,2个独立的 800 MHz/250 MHz LVDS/CMOS 时钟输出,附加输出抖动 275 fs rms,5个在1个LVDS/CMOS 输出的延时调整,连续控制端口,空间- 援救的 48 个领引的 LFCSP,充分利用空间的48引脚 LFCSP。
