摘  要

在信息时代里，知识已成为最主要的财富来源，而知识工作者就是最有生命力的资产 ,组织和个人的最重要任务就是对知识进行管理。知识管理将使组织和个人具有更强的竞争实力，并做出更好地决策 .
知识管理诞生于知识经济 逐渐兴起，信息技术 飞速发展，商业竞争日益加剧的环境中。知识管理与信息技术密不可分，共同构建企业商务智能,并成为企业核心竞争力 的源泉。
知识管理就是为了帮助企业把知识积累起来，把知识管理起来，把知识应用起来。
本文首先介绍知识管理系统的背景及其目前的发展状况，介绍了KM3知识管理系统的开发平台，并讨论了在系统实现中所采用的ASP.NET及其相关技术。在详细分析KM3知识管理系统具体需求的基础上，给出了系统实现的总体设计方案，包括系统的总体构架、硬件和软件需求等。本文重点介绍本人在本项目中所承担的任务以及所完成的工作，即KM3知识管理模块的实现。最后对本次开发过程进行思考总结。

ABSTRACT

In the information age, knowledge has become the main source of wealth, and the knowledge workers is most the vitality of assets, organizations and individuals, the most important task is to knowledge management. Knowledge management will make the organization and individual has a strong competitive power, and make better decisions.
Born in knowledge economy, knowledge management and information technology rapid rise gradually intensifying competition, the commercial development of the environment. The knowledge management and information technology, business intelligence, constructed and became the source of enterprise core competitive power.
Knowledge management is to help enterprises to accumulate knowledge and knowledge management, knowledge of the application.
This paper first introduces the background knowledge management system and the current development situation, introduces KM3 knowledge management system, and discusses the development platform in the system adopted in the asp.net and related technologies. The detailed analysis of KM3 knowledge management system on the basis of the specific needs of system, presents the overall design scheme of the system, including the overall structure, hardware and software requirements, etc. This paper introduces himself in the project undertaken by the task and finish work, namely KM3 knowledge management module.
