摘  要

  拥有一套理想的住房是每一个人的梦想，合理的电气设计能使住宅更加舒适、实用和完美。对住户来讲，住宅电气设计是选房、购房的一个不能忽视的重要因素。住宅的装修可以使房间焕然一新，但住宅楼、住宅小区的基本市政条件，住宅楼的各种电气系统，住宅楼的施工质量以及建筑物的结构形式等却不是住户所能左右的。关于住宅电气改造电气改造是家居装饰工程的一部分，要根据住户的使用要求、家具布置、装修风格及家电布置，对照原有灯具、插座和出线口位置确定方案。要遵守有关的技术要求和规范，保证施工质量和安全，以避免施工过程中或入住后反复修改。住宅的电气改造因其造价不高，又很琐碎，常常得不到装修单位应有的重视。但对住户来说，少一个插座、电视或电话出线口，都会造成使用不便，在装饰一新的家里拉明线也显得不协调。建议预留一些插座、电视和电话出线口，在进户混凝土墙、户内混凝土墙上预留一些过墙管，以免以后改动时对装修造成破坏。 要由专业电工来进行施工。电气改造工程无论大小，因其涉及到人身安全，一定要请专业人员来进行设计，请专业电工来进行施工。
