Abstract
With the improvement of people’s living standard, the application of new technique and advanced equipment provide a new development for the design of water supply. It is a challenge for us to select a way of water supply with high standard, secure and healthy, economical, and reasonable. This system adopts PLC logic control, and transducer with PID function to adjust the pressure, which presents many advantages, such as high reliability, convenience in use, stability in pressure. The design are made of Programmable Logic controller ,transducer, sensor, low pressure control manufacture tank, etc. Through transducer and relay, contactor controls pumping unit running status, the pipe network achieves to the requirement of constant pressure variable flow-rate water supply. When the equipment on-the-fly, pressure gauge without intermission translates the pipe network hydraulic pressure signal to electrical signal enter microcompute.The dam made up of software programs satisfacted its self governing oblige,namely on the basis of high or low-water signal controls radial diffuser influent valve’s switch, and procees overfull and low water’s grade from water tank and pond back of the monitor prime including radial diffuser automatism opening cease dam , water level flowing, man metric measuring and regulate;under the observation of the the medium ,transducer and bang-bang control component self-correcting pumping unit expeditiously running. Water works on site supervision in station. The paper mainly introduces the characters of the PLC, transducer, and sensor, the use of each high-quality unitary and design, and provides the flowchart of system work, program and design.
