Abstract
In this paper, we study the temperature of resistor-furnace which is a main controlled parameter in the industrial object, and hardware and software are designed. The furnace is used extensively in industry production filed such as metallurgy, machinery, construction material and chemical instruction.
The microcontroller 89C51 is used in hardware and dual interrupt nesting mode in software. And this system adopts temperature detecting circuit, A/D conversion system, keyboard and monitor, memory unit, drop power detecting and protecting, dual-direction transistor detecting and triggering, light-sound warning and automatic/manual circuit. The temperature close circle control system adopts PID theory, and the applicable software is made up by structural module that contains main program and many subscribe program, Finally this text introduces the interfere resisting measure of the system
