A Temperature Control System of Resistance Furnace
Abstract:
Resistance furnaces are used extensively in the industry fields such as metallurgy, machinery, construction material and chemical instruction. There are many kinds of furnaces as heating furnaces and melting pots. But after all, temperature is the primary factor needed to be detected when furnaces operate. In this paper, single chip computer is used as the microcomputer to control temperature in resistance furnaces, which can raise the quality and quantity, save the energy and improve the labor circumstances.
This system adopts 89C51 single chip computer, temperature detection circuit, A/D conversion system, keyboard and monitor, memory unit, drop power detection and protection, dual-direction transistor detection and trigger, light-sound warning and automatic/manual circuit. The temperature close circle control system adopts PID theory, and the applicable software is made up of structural module that contains main program, interrupt services program and some subscribe programs, and so on.
Finally, this paper introduces the interfere resisting measures of the system.
