In order to improve production efficiency , remain stable and run reliably , offer the convenient supervision method, having adopted PLC and configuration software to control, it is flexible to dispose , control and coordinate , performance is reliable , make the system reach higher automatic level.
The content of the thesis includes to the control system development of the course and survey of the current situation ; Control system operation principle of the course and designing overallly; Describe hardware design , software design detail to make interface , WinCC of Siemens , go to some general designs , location of monitoring system especially, and PLC and going to the communication between the location machines. As the end of the thesis to the conclusion and feeling that are obtained in this design finally. The control of this system is clear and clear, hold the running situation with present system accurately, improve systematic control ability , the operation that the reduced system controls, has lightenned workers' labour intensity; Establishing the important parameter of scene at the same time, what the security system is operated is reliable , reduce the influence operated by mistake at the scene to minimum extent. It is a high-level automatic control system.
