Abstract
The design is intended to design a production of the Loom detection and management system. The function of the system including the use of SCM Acquisition workshop loom parameters. Through data communication system to transfer these parameters to the host computer. PC management software through the analysis of these parameters and on the computer for display, generate reports, such as printing. The whole system can be divided into two parts:
1. Loom parameters and control of the acquisition.
2. Data communications transmission parts.
These two parts by two students completed the design, I mainly do is the second part, that is, the data transmission part.
In this design, data transmission interface is mainly used in RS-485, in practical industrial applications, the use of RS-485 communication is very economic, transmission distance is not only far, far more than the 1200 m, and anti-jamming Strong, but in the long-distance transmission, transfer rate is not very satisfactory, but still able to meet the requirements of industrial applications.
The basic thesis completed a circuit of communication hardware design, software design is a flow chart and some basic programming.
