摘要：电镀铜是在原有的铜层基础上用电镀的原理加镀上一层铜，起到增厚铜层或实现层间电气连通的作用；随着印制电路板行业的发展，酸性电镀技术也逐渐成熟，为适应各种质量要求，各种新技术与新的操作方式如雨后春笋般出现，但作为最传统的电镀铜方式之一，酸性电镀铜依然在行业中占据着非常重要的地位。酸铜电镀的好坏直接影响电镀铜层的质量和相关机械性能，并对后续加工产生一定影响，因此如何控制好酸铜电镀的质量是PCB电镀的重要一环。
     在镀铜工艺中，控制好各种条件是非常重要的，包括药水（成分、浓度、温度、杂质 等），设备（电源、阴阳极摆放、打气、摇摆 等），保养（碳处理 等），操作（电流的控制 等）等等。制程的安全与不良的防范与以上诸多因素息息相关。

Silk-screen printing has the cost lowly, the operation simple, the production efficiency high, the printing material type are many and so on the characteristic, widely applies to the printed circuit and the latter mold integrated circuit manufacture, concrete table now electric circuit board anti- layer, electric circuit board graph shift, in electric circuit board surface mark application. Along with the digitized time arrival, the printed circuit board demand quantity increases day by day, the silk-screen printing's is even more obvious in PCB production function。
